Today, the first workshop within the implementation of the Special Training Program for Civil Servants in the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government for 2021 was held at the SKIP Center.
Within the analysis that preceded the adoption of the Special Training Program for civil servants, the need to provide employees with professional training in order to achieve the desired results in achieving the organizational goals of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government was taken into account.
This created the conditions for improving the existing and acquiring new knowledge and skills of civil servants in areas and topics that are in line with the needs of the Ministry, as well as the needs in relation to the types of work performed by civil servants.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the capacity of participants to overcome stressful situations and burnout syndrome in order to achieve greater work performance.
In the following period, it is planned to continue with the trainings provided by the Special Program.
