With the realization of the second training “Personal efficiency and creativity development” in the Serbian-Korean Information Access Center, the process of implementing the Special Training Program for Civil Servants in the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government for this year continued today.
Employees were introduced to innovative tools and techniques for recognizing and improving personal potential, primarily personal efficiency and creativity, in order to improve organizational effectiveness.
The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government will continue to support the improvement of existing and the acquisition of new knowledge and skills of civil servants in areas and topics that are in line with the needs of the Ministry and the types of work performed by civil servants.
