Today, in the SKIP Center within the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, we started with three-day trainings for 2020 election campaign observers, organized by the Anti-Corruption Agency. At the trainings, election campaign observers will be informed about the importance and purpose of monitoring, principles of work (political neutrality, responsibility and cooperation in the team), what are the elements of observers reports, how to act in different situations if they are unable to perform the task, and monitoring organization – roles, tasks and authorization that observers, coordinators and central coordinators have.
