The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Korea, is organizing a Free Summer Program of Programming and Korean Culture at the Serbia-Korea Information Access Center (SKIP Center) from July 1st to July 26th. The young lecturers, who have graduated from renowned IT colleges in Seoul, a city that is a world symbol of high-tech development and progress, will give free trainings in two IT fields in Belgrade: Web programming and Phyton. Interested citizens will also be able to apply for a special course of Korean culture, where the participants will be presented with interesting rich history and tradition of the Republic of Korea, as well as modern popular directions of its development, embodied in the wave of contemporary popular music, famously known and influential K-pop. . Web programming and Phyton classes will be held in English every weekday and will last two hours each, with a Korean language provided three times a week. Participants are provided with laptops at the SKIP Center, which is also known as a modern technology-equipped space suitable for interactive work. Last year, nearly 700 citizens successfully completed the Free Summer Programming School at the SKIP Center within the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government.
