As part of the “Mobility Scheme” program of the Regional School for Public Administration, ReSPA, delegation from the Ministry of Information Society and Administration of the Republic of North Macedonia visited the Serbian-Korean Information Access Center (SKIP) yesterday, in order to information on the Public Administration Reform Strategy in the Republic of Serbia in the period from 2021 to 2030, as well as amendments and additions to the e-Government Development Programme in the RS, which are being prepared for the period from 2023 to 2025.

On that occasion, representatives of the Department for Public and e-Government, in whose scope is the SKIP Center, presented to their colleagues from the Republic of North Macedonia the experiences they had during the preparation and coordination of the Public Administration Reform Strategy, during the establishment of an online monitoring tool for monitoring progress in the area of administrative reform, the applied scheme for reporting on achieved results and issues of financial sustainability, while the coordination structure and mechanism for monitoring the implementation of the valid Action Plan of the Public Administration Reform Strategy in the period from 2021 to 2025 were presented. Further directions of development of electronic administration in Serbia were also discussed.

In the Republic of North Macedonia, after the evaluation of the Public Administration Reform Strategy there, a new policy in this area will be drawn up, and during the visit to Belgrade, the delegation will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues from the Sector for Professional Development and the Sector for Human Resources of the Ministry of Education and Culture, as well as and the National Academy for Public Administration, the Republic Secretariat for Public Policies and the Office for Information Technologies and Electronic Administration.

The delegation of the Republic of North Macedonia, which consists of the state adviser in the Office of the Prime Minister and representatives of the Ministry of Information Society and Administration, is on a three-day visit to the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government.
