Dear friends and associates, Despite the epidemic of Covid-19, which hit the whole world in 2020, with joint forces and a lot of work, we managed to respond to the challenges. The crisis highlighted the importance of digitalization and strengthening of e-Government, introduction of innovative technologies and improvement of information-communication-technological knowledge, which is promoted in its work by the Serbian-Korean Information Access Center. The past year has shown us that public administration around the world has been able to make quick decisions using new technologies, to communicate and cooperate effectively with citizens, to adapt more easily and to anticipate and to be innovative. The Serbian-Korean IT Access Center, which is part of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, will continue to promote digitalization, ICT and innovative technologies, which will further improve access to service delivery, as well as the organization of business itself. With the conviction that the world will succeed in fighting the epidemic and that we will soon return to normal lifestyle, we wish you all good luck, and a lot of success. Stay healthy in 2021.
